Kvelertak - Nattesferd (2016, Roadrunner Records)
The path that
AC/DC paved for all the Airbourne and Kvelertak of today has always been what I often call drive in the
middle of the road as an efficient blend of rock and roll and some angrier elements.
It is in the
whole an effective album but I would be more inclined to get back to Meir and their debut album as it is for Kvelertak. Rocking bands like this get
a lot of fans real quick but they seem to get their peak early in their
careers. Obviously, it is behind them now.
